Broadvox has a wide range of VoIP products to satisfy the needs of any size business, from small to medium size businesses to contact centers, enterprises and even carriers.
In 2001 Broadvox entered the market with wholesale products, and shortly thereafter added SIP Trunking products, an options package and broadband.
GO!Anywhere offers unlimited local and long distance calling in the United States (excluding Alaska), Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada. Often referred to as the “Universal SIP Trunk”, GO!Anywhere works with IP PBXs, TDM PBXs or legacy CPE and is certified interoperable with an extensive list of IP PBXs and Unified communications solutions. Optional features are available with GO!Xtras add-ons.
GO!Local delivers unlimited local calling and more at a price point far below traditional TDM. Along with the other options available with GO!Xtras, long distance calling can be added in minute bundles or customers can pay per minute for their calls.
GO!Domestic is the Broadvox discounted long distance product that includes one toll-free inbound number. Unlimited long distance covers the United States (excluding Alaska), Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Canada. Concurrent call sessions are limited only by the available bandwidth. SIP Trunks can be shared across multiple locations and GO!Domestic also has options available through GO!Xtras.
GO!Xtras product options expand the flexibility of each of the GO! SIP Trunking products listed above. The available options include are ELN (Enhanced Local Number), EDID (Enhanced DID; a DID with E911), XTF (eXtra Toll-Free numbers), LNP (Local Number Portability) and CNAM (Calling Name) lookup and delivery service. Some restrictions apply to which options are available with each product.
GO!Broadband is designed for any size business and enables nationwide connectivity from DSL to DS3. With Broadvox, companies can use their own broadband if their existing service meets Broadvox QoS standards. If customers wish to upgrade their service or do not have an existing broadband provide, Broadvox will customize a solution to meet their needs.
