  • Toll free. Stay connected with your customers by keeping your existing toll free number or if you’re just getting started, we can provide you with a new toll free number. Toll free calls are only 3.5 cents per minute.
  • Emergency Services. Your safety is important to us. We support both 911 calling and E911 calling where available.

nexVortex achieves high call quality through innovative technologies that allows us to monitor, analyze and react to the continual changes that occur in an IP network. We affectionately refer to this powerful tool as SAM. SAM stands for Service Assurance Manager. With SAM, we can monitor not only our own network elements but those of our supply partners as well. SAM continually watches and analyzes SIP signaling, node performance, PSTN number availability and IP metrics for all kind of problems. As problems are detected, SAM can take automatic action to ensure that you receive the highest quality service.

Flexible Service Plans

nexVortex SIP Trunking service plans give you the flexibility to structure your service match your specific commercial requirements. There are three types of plans: Minute Plans, Line Plans and Metered Usage.

  • Minute Plans. Each minute plan includes: Unlimited simultaneous calls or SIP trunks; Unlimited minutes of inbound usage (excluding toll-free); one phone number rental; and 911/E911 services. Outbound minutes com.
  • Line Plans. Line plans work similar to standard POTS business lines, but at less than half the monthly price. Each line plan provides unlimited inbound and outbound usage but only one call at a time. Each plan includes a phone number rental as well as 911/E911 services.
  • Metered Usage. Metered usage plans are designed as a “pay-for what you use” for businesses that have very high call volumes. The plan provides unlimited simultaneous calls with the US Domestic and Canada usage being billed at a rate of $0.025/minute or lower based on volume commitments.
